The Home of Elite American Pit Bull Terriers
Breeding Excellence: Strength, Temperament, and Grit
Welcome to
Catch Guard Megiddo
Home of dogs bred with grit, instinct, and loyalty. We believe every dog should bring real value — not just good looks. That's why our breeding program focuses on function first: dogs that work, protect, and perform with heart.
Whether they're catching, guarding, or keeping watch, each dog is raised to be a reliable asset to your home and family. Balanced in temperament yet bold in nature, they're the kind of dogs you can trust by your side.
Because here, the standard is simple — they better catch something or guard something. Based in Mississippi, we serve customers nationwide.

Frequently Asked Questions
We breed dogs with purpose — guardians, companions, and working assets. To keep communication clear and professional, please review the following before reaching out.
What Comes With My Puppy?
Bringing home a new puppy is exciting, but we also want to make that transition as smooth as possible. Our responsibility doesn't end when you pick up your puppy — every new owner leaves with the information and basic supplies needed to give their puppy a strong start.
Age-Appropriate Vaccinations & Deworming
Your puppy will be up-to-date on the vaccinations and deworming treatments appropriate for their age at the time they leave our care.
ADBA Registration Paperwork
Applicable registration paperwork for your new American Pit Bull Terrier.
Vaccination & Deworming Guide
A simple step-by-step schedule showing what your puppy has already received and helping you understand when upcoming vaccinations and deworming treatments are due. We recommend establishing care with your veterinarian after bringing your puppy home.
Zesty Paws Multivitamins
A supply of the multivitamin supplement we use to help you maintain consistency as your puppy transitions into your home.
Starter Bag of Dog Food
Your puppy won't be sent home with an empty stomach and a sudden diet change. You'll receive some of the food your puppy has been eating so you can continue the same diet or gradually transition to another food.
Feeding Guide
Clear instructions covering how much, how often, and what we've been feeding your puppy.
Deworming & Vaccination Schedule
For full transparency, here is the deworming and vaccination protocol we follow with every litter so you know exactly what your puppy has received before coming home.
Vaccinations
Puppies are vaccinated at 6, 9 & 12 weeks of age.
We only use Duramune or Vanguard puppy vaccines, and never use a lower grade or brand on our pups.
Deworming
2 & 4 weeks
- Pyrantel Pamoate
- Toltrazuril (pretreatment to help prevent Coccidia)
6, 8, 10 & 12 weeks
- Safeguard (Fenbendazole) — proper dosage given 5 days in a row to clear out intestinal parasites
More Than Just a Puppy
When you purchase a puppy from Catch Guard Megiddo, you're not simply picking up a dog and being sent on your way. You're taking home a puppy that has been raised with care, along with the records, information, and essentials needed to help make the transition into your family easier.
Our goal is simple: give you a healthy start, give you the information you need, and give the puppy the best opportunity to thrive in its new home.
